We’re pretty sure there hasn’t been a week this exciting in the McFly world since they all got stark naked that time on the Wonderland tour.

Just a couple of days ago the boys announced that they’d be making a comeback with a totally unique tour idea, and now Dougie Poynter appears to be best pals with Paris Hilton according to these new pics.

What a time to be alive.

Dougie and Paris, or hashtag Poyris as we might start calling them to celebrate their new friendship, were spotted having a chinwag last night when they both attended the opening of swanky new restaurant Ours in London.

We’re not too what it is they could have talked about seeing as they’re about as similar as cheese and chocolate, but maybe this friendship is more serious than we thought – did they… co-ordinate floral outfits beforehand?

Maybe their BFF phonecalls must also involve some kind of convo about deep conditioning their lovely blonde hair. Maybe Paris has been trying to nab herself the support act spot on the Anthology tour to revive her pop career. Maybe Dougie wants to be her new sidekick on The Simple Life.

WHO KNOWS. What we do know however, is that Dougster was looking unbelievably glorious and kind of like an edgy jacket wearing man angel.

New OTP alert. POYRIS.

Is this the most unexpected friendship of all time? Whaddya reckon to the craziness?

Today after the Livestream the boys attended the Captain America Civil War premiere in London, and as you can see in the pics.. Danny arrived on time for that:P

And the articles about McFly’s comeback are everywhere now, what a good time to be alive!!

Every song they’ve EVER recorded

Thought things had peaked when you found a Twix at the bottom of your bag yesterday? THINK AGAIN, because last night McFly dropped the news that they’re officially back together, and looking fitter and hairier than ever before.

Not only are they back in full force as a band and wearing some very jazzy shirts to celebrate, but they’re also going on a totally unique Anthology Tour across the UK, and tickets go on sale in just a matter of days.

We’ve never been so close to doing a little excited sick.

Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Harry Judd and Dougie Poynter took to Twitter last night to break the shock news to fans, who’ve been waiting for a McFly comeback for two and a half YEARS. That’s basically Azkaban worthy.

The Anthology Tour will see the lads playing three dates in each location of London, Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester – but each gig will be totally different as Mcfly will be playing an album per night.

That means they’ll be playing EVERY song they’ve ever recorded – including all the little underrated album tracks ones normally get left off the setlist. Yaaaas.

Check out all the dates below before tickets go on sale this Friday April 29th. You can choose whether you fancy just popping down to witness your fave album in action, or you can pick up a three-night ticket to see all of ’em.

Back once again as a four piece are McFly. Tom, Dougie, Harry and Danny today announced a 2016 UK summer tour, playing across London, Glasgow, Birmingham and Manchester.

The Anthology Tour will involve 3 nights in each city with each venue featuring a different set list from a different album plus of course some of the bands biggest tracks.

Kicking things off on the first night in each city will be songs from ’Room on The Third Floor’, the second night will have songs from albums ’Wonderland’ and ’Motion In The Ocean’, and finally the third will have tracks from ’Radio:ACTIVE’ and ’Above The Noise’.

Having been away as a band over the last few years this is the tour fans have been waiting for, a chance to see the band play all their smash hits and album tracks from their back catalogue.

Talking exclusively to 1883 Tom said: “After doing two massive Arena tours with McBusted, we really wanted to do something different for this tour to herald the return of McFly. So we’re playing some iconic rock venues that will allow our fans to experience the songs in a much more up close and personal environment.”

Danny adds: “We’re going to play every song from every album over three nights in each city, plus some surprises. So it’s a mammoth set to rehearse, but really exciting!”

Harry explains how their families will be part of the tour too. “We’re going to bring our wives and children on the road. Both Tom and I are new parents so it we’ll have to work out the timings around the kids going to bed before the shows start! And we’ll need to work out nappy changes too.”

For Dougie this tour has seen a return from LA where he has spent much of the last year focusing on acting and modelling work.
“For these shows it’s just going to be us four on the stage, no gimmicks, just playing the music and all the songs we’ve written over the last 12 years.
I’ve been based in LA for quite a while now taking acting lessons and learning my craft, so it’s great to be back in the UK again with the band and playing shows.”
McFly are undoubtedly one of the most significant British pop groups of the past 12 years. With 5 studio albums, cumulative sales of over 10 million, seven UK No.1 singles, five top 10 albums, numerous sell out tours and over 3 million Twitter followers collectively. After a successful Greatest Hits album and ’10 Year Anniversary’ concerts at the Royal Albert Hall, 2014 saw the band form a supergroup with Matt Willis and James Bourne from Busted, McBusted, The band achieved huge success, completing two massive sold out Arena tours across the UK and Ireland and headlining Hyde Park London.

MCFLY are making a huge music comeback this summer, I can reveal.

After a two-and-half year absence during which they formed supergroup MCBUSTED, the band – Harry Judd, Danny Jones, Tom Fletcher and Dougie Poytner – are reforming their original line-up.

Ironically, their reunion now pits them directly against BUSTED, who also recently reformed.

Harry said: “I reckon we’re back to square one. We knew Busted was going to happen and they’re back now. It’s exciting to be going up against them.”

Despite speculation of a split, McFly, who played their last full show together in September 2013, are launching a new tour which will see them play three nights in four cities.

The unique set of shows, dubbed The Anthology Tour, will see them play three nights in four cities where they will perform every song they have ever recorded.

Speaking at Bizarre HQ today, Harry explained: “It’s four cities, three nights in each city and we’re playing every song we’ve ever recorded.

“That’s 64 songs back to back. Night one is album one, plus some hits. Night two is albums two and three. Night three is albums four and five.

“It’s going to be a lot of fun.”

During their visit, McFly also addressed everything else going on in their life, with Dougie speaking about his recent split from Ellie Goulding for the first time.

He said: “We love each other very much, we’re still best of friends. We hung out at Coachella, like all day, with her friends and my friends. It’s really, really cool.”

While they have not started writing any new material yet, the band believe the mini-tour will get their creative juices flowing.

Harry added: “We agreed we needed to go on tour together first and I think that will be the catalyst for what is to come.”

McFly kick off the unique shows in Glasgow on June 16, before heading to Birmingham, Manchester and London.

Tom added: “It’s fun for us because it’s something new that we’ve never done before.

“There are songs that are 13 years old that we’ve never played before, so it’s really exciting for us.

“It’s how the fans like to see it. Especially after two and a half years of flying stages and cars that come down from the ceilings.”

Tickets go on sale this Friday.

DOUGIE insisted he still loves Ellie Goulding in his first chat since the couple split for good.

The bassist revealed the pair, right, met up for the first time since their February break-up at the Coachella festival in California last week.

He told me: “We love each other very much. We are the best of friends.

“We hung out at Coachella, like all day, with her friends and my friends. It was really, really cool. Everything is totally fine.”

Dougie and Ellie hinted they could tie the knot and even discussed having kids before calling off their two-year relationship, but Dougie admitted even he doesn’t really know what went wrong.

He added: “It’s just both being all over the place. Like I said, we still get on really well.

“She’s one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. But just right now, it’s hard. I’m single now.”

Dougie is based in LA, where he is pursuing his dream of becoming a Hollywood actor after signing with top talent agency CAA. He already has a number of film parts in the pipeline.

He said: “There’s a couple of potential roles circling. They shoot all over so it could be anywhere, but no matter what I think I’ll be spending a lot more time out in LA.

“Overall I’m just happier there.”

HARRY’S biggest achievement outside of McFly was winning Strictly Come Dancing with dancer ALIONA VILANI — but that could have been very different.

The drummer has revealed that he originally asked BBC bosses whether he could form the first all-male Strictly partnership with bandmate Dougie.

He told me: “I didn’t really know much about Strictly at the time and I said, ‘I tell you what, I’ll do it if I can partner up with Dougie’. He was going to be the female.

“We started practising in our soundcheck. We said, ‘We’ll do it like this, it will be really funny’.

“We didn’t realise at the time that it was a serious show.

“I said, ‘Just pitch this to them, it will be me and Doug, we will be Strictly’s first man-on-man couple’. They said no. Then I realised it was a credible, serious dance show.”

Harry also revealed that he has turned down fronting an exercise DVD but wants to promote fitness in his own way as JAMIE OLIVER has with healthy eating.

He said: “Doing a fitness DVD doesn’t really excite me so I had to think what would actually interest me.

“In my ideal world I would love to start a fitness revolution where I can inspire people who have never exercised before to get them moving and see the benefits.”

He should start by teaching them to ballroom dance.

NIALL HORAN hasn’t just spent his break from ONE DIRECTION getting a tan on Bondi Beach — he’s now a music A&R.

The Irish star has asked Danny to write songs for a female artist he is launching.

Danny revealed: “Niall text me the other day actually, saying there was a girl he wants to help out and he wanted me to produce it.

“He just said, ‘Mate, I’ve got this girl I want to develop. Can you help?’”

Niall is the second member of 1D to get into the talent scouting business after LOUIS TOMLINSON set up his own record label and put together a new girlband.

Meanwhile, Danny is busy crafting new hits for LITTLE MIX and X Factor winner LOUISA JOHNSON.

He’s even got OLLY MURS coming into his new studio. He added: “I really enjoy outside writing so I’ve invested in a studio. I’ve been meeting some really cool writers.

“I paired up with a young guy called David Darwin. He is a really talented producer.

“We ended up doing stuff for Little Mix and Louisa. I love them. Olly Murs is coming in next week hopefully.

“It’s much easier pitching for someone you like and you love.”

If he writes the next Black Magic he’ll be laughing all the way to the bank, too.
AWAY from music Tom has transformed himself in a bona fide YouTube star, with several of his clips going viral and racking up millions of views online.

As a result of his success, the singer has been inundated with TV offers.

He revealed: “YouTube is amazing. It opens up a whole new world.

“From those videos, people saw them that had no idea about the band but would now recognise me from the wedding speech or the baby bump videos. Then they would discover the other things I worked on.

“You get all these other things coming through, like TV offers, but you just have to look at what you want to do and what makes you happy.

“I don’t know if I’d be any good at TV. I’m not very sociable but the nice thing about YouTube is that it’s just you on your own in a room with a camera.”

Tom has also crafted a career as a successful children’s author, with a new novel on the way after his first book with band mate Dougie, The Dinosaur that Pooped Christmas, sold 72,000 copies.

Now he is in talks to bring his fictional characters to the screen.

He said: “There is a lot of stuff I’m in talks about. When you create a project often there are lots of things that spin off.”

Just remember to leave time for writing a new McFly album, Tom.

McFly are in charge of the Bizarre column in tomorrow’s Sun. Make sure you pick up your special souvenir copy.

Not together this time, like

BIG NEWS, GUYS. You know how Busted are going on this proper reunion tour with Charlie Simpson next month? Well we’ve never really known what to call it, to be honest; but the boys have just announced that it’s called *drumroll* the Pigs Can Fly tour.

Yup – Matt, James and Charlie will be performing all the old faves (oh, we’re *too* excited for ‘3AM’) in arenas up and down the country this May; and they’re gonna be joined by special guests Wheatus and Emma Blackery. No biggie.

Oh, and in further news we might be getting a McFly tour later this year but MORE ON THAT LATER.
Chatting about the tour, Charlie Simpson said: “We’re calling the tour ‘Pigs Can Fly’ because it just goes to show that anything can happen. None of us thought we’d ever tour together again, and it’s been an amazing journey getting back to this point. We can’t wait to get out on the road.”

So there you go. Can’t bloody wait, us.

In similarly-exciting news, McFly’s Tom Fletcher and Danny Jones surprised a fan with a performance at London Palladium *and* apparently mentioned said fan going to see them on tour later this year. CARNAGE ENSUED as the fandom went bitshit bonkers over it.

Ellie has talked about her breakup with Dougie in the last issue of Heat Magazine. Looks like there’s still hope for #Dellie :)

The singer talked exclusively about how much the couple had going for them

Ellie Goulding shocked us in December 2015 when she revealed she and long-term boyfriend Dougie Poynter had split – just a few months after it looked like the couple were closer then ever, and reportedly even talking marriage.

But the path of true love never did run smooth, and the pair were back on – then off again – over the next few weeks, with Ellie eventually confirming they were done earlier this month.

But in an exclusive interview with this week’s heat magazine, Ellie admits she’s not over the McFly bassist – and wants him back.

When we asked her if there was any hope of them getting back on track, Ellie replied: “Maybe. I hope so. We have something I know is special and I think other people see it – my friends see it, my family see it.

“My nanna was like, really sad. But I think some things are just, kind of unfinished, an unfinished story. I hope so, he’s a real gem and he’s doing so well and he’s keeping very busy, as am I. He’s a great guy.”

Harry travelled to France to attend a service for his great-great uncle who served during World War I

The drummer joined his relatives to remember Padre Alan Cecil Judd exactly 98 years after he died.

McFly’s Harry Judd paid a touching tribute to his great-great uncle at a service to remember him.

The drummer travelled to France to honour Military Cross-winning Padre Alan Cecil Judd exactly 98 years after he died in World War I.

He was joined by his relatives, including wife Izzy and their eight-week-old daughter Lola at the rededication ceremony at the Fifteen Ravine British Cemetery in the village of Villers-Plouich, near Arras.

Paying tribute to his great-great uncle the 30-year-old said: “We were all incredibly moved to hear about our relative and to be here today is quite something.

“The lesson that we can take is the kindness that he gave. To show kindness is something that really hit home for me. And the story itself on how (his discovery) came about is also incredible.

“A chaplain who wrote about chaplains from WWI, there was this unmarked grave and it was him who was responsible for taking it forward and finding out who Alan was.”

Speaking alongside his family after laying a wooden cross by Rev Judd’s headstone, he added: “I’m very proud to be able to bring my daughter here today, who is Alan’s great-great-great niece.

“She is eight weeks old today and it is 98 years since Alan died. We are all very proud and privileged to be here.”

It was little Lola’s first trip abroad.

Rev Judd, who was attached to the 2nd/5th Battalion, the Sherwood Foresters, was killed instantly aged 31 after being hit by a hand grenade as he went to the aid of a comrade on March 21 1918.

St Paul’s and Oxford-educated Rev Judd, who was one of nine children, was buried as an “unknown soldier” at the Fifteen Ravine British Cemetery.

His identity was sought for many years by a group of other padres who cycled around France’s military cemeteries.
