They mixed the album and single release info.lol

The fact McFly have been together for a DECADE will make a lot of ladies’ feel old.
With half the band married off, the other half in serious relationships and and babies on the way their sound has matured just like they have.

But with a sixth album out on November 24th and latest single Love Is On The Radio out soon the pop superstars may have grown up, but the video for the song shows them at their silly best.

The song is a light hearted, folky number and the video couldn’t be more suited to their fun and clean cut characters with mini-mes, guitar smashing, a Michael Jackson lookalike and lots of mess.
At one point Dougie licks a sledge hammer working in a parody of Miley Cyrus’ Wrecking Ball video.
And by the end of it the band are covered in a rainbow of coloured powder paint as a shower of multicoloured paper falls from above.

Love Is On The Radio is a much more organic sound for the band with dashes of Americana and indie folk. And it’s catchy – just try not to sing ‘Hey!’ by the end of the second verse!

A studio video the idea is simple and sees the band descend into instrument thrashing paint throwing high jinx as the romantic upbeat song plays out.
McFly who write their own songs and have total creative control recorded their latest album in El Paso, Texas and incorporated a cowboy feel into the video.

Kicking off their 10th anniversary celebrations the band enjoyed a four sold-out shows at London’s Royal Albert Hall in September.

McFly who is made up from Tom Fletcher, Danny Jones, Dougie Poynter and Harry Judd then turned their attention to their first album of new material since 2010’s Above The Noise.
On the band’s longevity drummer Harry Judd told The Huffington Post: ‘It’s like 95 percent of pop bands end up imploding after four or five years, and you can understand why, but thankfully it’s different for us.

‘Name a band it hasn’t happened to? The only band that was remaining from our era was Girls Aloud but they kind of split up three years ago, they just came back recently for a reunion tour.

‘Thankfully, we’ve had really good managers who’ve made sure that hasn’t happened to us. If we needed to we’d be given a day or a week off, and thankfully we all got on really well and have got through any other problems together.’

The band have suffered their own share of drug and alcohol problems, Judd himself is now sober after his band mate and ‘I’m A Celebrity’ winner Dougie Poynter checked himself in to rehab in 2011.

As well as working on their new material the boys have contributed to both of One Direction’s albums, with another of their tracks appearing on 1D’s third album.

They’ve also become TV stars in their own right with winning appearances and victories on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here and Strictly Come Dancing, as well as their own The McFly Show special.
Additionally, Tom wowed audiences on both sides of the Atlantic when his wedding speech went viral earlier this year.

McFly’s new, as yet untitled, album will be released in spring 2014.
