The two bands will sing a medley of four of their songs together on the charity show this Friday – which will also feature One Direction

McFly and Busted are set to perform together as supergroup ‘McBusted’ on Children in Need.

The two bands will sing a medley of their songs on the charity show this Friday, according to Digital Spy.

Pop superstars One Direction will also reportedly be singing on the programme, with JLS rumoured to be performing their greatest hits in Albert Square.

Norwegian band Ylvis are even due to be getting in on the act, by performing their song The Fox, which came to prominence after going viral on YouTube.

McBusted will go on a UK tour in spring 2014, including a show at London’s O2 Arena, according to Digital Spy.

The band is also rumoured to be due to write and perform new material as McBusted.
