Tom’s videos never disappoint:)

McFly’s Tom Fletcher has created a video to celebrate his wife Giovanna’s birthday, and it’ll melt even the coldest of hearts.

After delivering a musical wedding speech for the ages and a Mother’s Day video to make everyone rethink their Michael Buble purchases, the 31-year-old has whipped up another reel to raise expectations of men everywhere.

This time, Tom has decided to celebrate his wife Giovanna’s 32nd birthday in a video titled ‘All About Gi’ – which brings together all the highlights of her career and personal life into one adorable package.

Starting from when they met at school aged 13, the video journeys through old photographs as they traverse their relationship – marking major milestones such as moving in together, getting married and having kids.

Speaking about their first meeting, Tom said: ‘We first met at school. We were both 13 and just by chance our surnames began with the same letter, me Fletcher, she Falcone, which meant fate brought us together in assembly on her first day at school.

‘And it was on that exact same spot that I proposed and we got engaged. That spot held a lot of significance and relevance that we didn’t know at the time.’

After the video cycles through footage of the pair growing up together, Tom lays the final emotional smackdown to ensure husband envy worldwide.

‘I’m not really one to celebrate my own birthday, but I think as we get older, and as I see you getting older, I really start to see the importance of celebrating it.

‘A whole year has gone by in your life and if you look back at what you’ve achieved in just this year, since your last birthday, I mean it’s pretty amazing.

‘And if that’s not something to celebrate, then, what is?’

2-4-1 Pizza Express isn’t going to cut it this year, is it? Heaven’s sake, Tom.

Totally agree with everything that is said.

TOM Fletcher put on an heartfelt performance of his Christmasaurus play, leaving viewers emotional.

The McFly singer joined the star-studded line up on Tuesday Night’s Royal Variety Performance.
But instead of rocking the stage with his band, Tom appeared solo as he put on a heartfelt performance of his new children’s musical the Christmasaurus.

The play is based on Tom’s book of the same name.

It sees the adventures of a young boy names William Trundle and a dinosaur, who meet on Christmas Eve and go on a magical adventure.

The play won’t hit the stage until December next year, but the singer treated fans to a sneak preview of what’s to come.

However, viewers were no doubt not expecting the performance to be as emotional as it was.

Taking to Twitter, several viewers were quick to comment on how Tom’s vocals left viewers near tears.

“Balling at @TomFletcher on #RoyalVarietyPerformance,” said one fan.

While another said: “Okay @TomFletcher why you gotta play me like this? I wasn’t ready for emotions tonight… #RoyalVarietyPerformance.”

A third said: “@TomFletcher The Christmasaurus was amazing, teared up at your first song! My class love reading the book xx #RoyalVarietyPerformance.”

A fourth wrote: “@TomFletcher I’m in tears. What an amazingly talented young man you are! You must be so proud @MrsGiFletcher #RoyalVarietyPerformance #love.”

A fifth person commented: “How does Tom Fletcher always manage to tug at my heartstrings when I don’t have a heart #RoyalVarietyPerformance.”

While a sixth added: “Who opened the flood gates?! Blubbering mess! #thechristmasauruslive #RoyalVarietyPerformance @TomFletcher.”

With another adding: “@TomFletcher – I’m weeping. Beautiful.” #RoyalVarietyPerformance.”

The McFly singer’s appearance comes just days after he announced an exciting collaboration with his wife Giovanna.

The dad of 2 year old Buzz and 10 month old Buddy has revealed that Giovanna is going to be taking a starring role.

Revealing the exciting news on Instagram, Tom told his 1.4 million followers: “That’s right…@mrsgifletcher is going to be starring in The Christmasaurus LIVE!!!!”

Tom had previously teased the announcement when he first shared the news about the live show.

He wrote: “The Christmasaurus LIVE! Is coming to the Eventim Apollo London on Friday December 22nd 2017, featuring music, magic, me and some very special guests (to be announced).”

GIOVANNA and Tom fletcher are currently gearing up for a magical Christmas with their two sons, Buddy and Buzz.

But now the McFly singer has revealed he could have missed out on the festivities – after he was nearly killed when a tractor lost one of its wheels.

In a scene likened to that of horror movie Final Destination, the 31 year old was out for a run when the gigantic tyre fell away from the vehicle.

And with headphones making him unaware of his surroundings, the singer was just inches away from death.
“The tyre was as tall as me, it came off a moving tractor and crashed about half a foot in front of me,” the father of two told the Metro.

“It was like a scene from final destination!

“I had headphones in so I didn’t hear anything.

“The tyre took out a fence panel next to me, the tractor skidded on to the path right where I was, and then the other wheel nearly hit an oncoming bus.

“It was so scary.”

The musician then went on to joke that it was actually his poor fitness that potentially saved his life.

“If I was in better shape and running a bit faster, I probably would have been hit,” the popstar said.

Tom and Giovanna recently delighted their fans by announcing some huge news just in time for Christmas.

Having already revealed that his new book, The Christmasaurus, was becoming a live show, the Love Is Easy singer then declared that his wife would be taking on a starring role.

Taking to Instagram, the performer told his 1.4 million followers: “That’s right…@mrsgifletcher is going to be starring in The Christmasaurus LIVE!!!!”

The show is due to take place at the Eventim Apollo London next December and will feature “music, magic, [Tom] and some very special guests”.

And it will certainly be a busy year for the popstar, after he also confirmed that McFly will begin writing their next album in January.

“We’ve got a place that’s completely isolated and we’re going to write some songs,” he told the Metro.

Meanwhile Giovanna has been having a difficult time on social media, after online trolls accused her of not wanting her own children.

The 31 year old hit back at critics in a long message where she told her fans she believed “in the good of people”.

“That’s a longer journey than the stage version…”

McFly’s Tom Fletcher must be the busiest man in pop, as he’s just disclosed that his children’s novel The Christmasaurus is being adapted into an animated movie.

Fresh off his revelation that the book will also be adapted for the stage next year, the singer told Digital Spy: “There’s an animated feature film of The Christmasaurus in the works – that’s a longer journey, as animation takes a while.

“So it’s all happening. I’m not sure if I’ll do the singing or the voices for the film yet… It depends, I’m sure there would be better people than me. I’m going to be on the stage with it next year though.”

Tom will be performing songs from the book at the 2016 Royal Variety Performance tonight (set to be aired on ITV next week), and explained how the whole process came about.

“I’d been writing children’s picture books with my bandmate Dougie [Poynter] for five years so it was a natural progression from that to writing a novel,” he continued. “I wrote a song called ‘Christmasaurus’, and that was the catalyst for the whole book.

“Everyone reacted to it really well and that got me excited and before I knew it, I’d written the novel. I had the story and a bunch of songs and I felt that I had essentially a musical. And tonight the performance [for the Royal Variety] is a snippet of The Christmasaurus Live, which is a show we’re putting on live next year in 2017.

“So I’m singing the songs tonight for the first time.”

He also added that he’ll be back in the studio writing music with McFly for their sixth studio album this year, saying that it’s been a “long time coming”.

The 2016 Royal Variety Performance is hosted by David Walliams and features performances from Tom, Lady Gaga and BGT winner Richard Jones.
