HAVE we died and gone to boyband heaven? Fangirls of the world rejoice! McBusted and One Direction are set to perform together in Paris.
Watch out boyband fans, you are in for a corker of a year.
This summer McBusted, a supergroup formed of Busted and McFly, are set to support One Direction during their Paris tour dates.
The band revealed the shock pop music news from their official Twitter account, they wrote: “AWESOME NEWS! We’re @OneDirection’s special guests 21 Jun Paris Stade De France. Merci beaucoup.”
Super fangirls will know it’s not the first time the lads have worked together.
Last year, 1D lad Niall Horan co-wrote Don’t Forget Where You Belong with McFly’s Tom Fletcher, Dougie Poynter and Danny Jones.
The track was included on One Direction’s most recent album, Midnight Memories.
Next month, McBusted are setting off on a 34-date tour of the UK and Ireland.
Meanwhile One Direction are embarking on a world stadium tour, they will play two shows at the Stade de France during the European leg of their Where We Are tour.
Harry Styles and the boys will kick off the tour in Bogota, Columbia on April 25.
Original McFly singer Tom Fletcher, who has recently become a father after his wife Giovanna gave birth to Buzz, rushed his newborn son to hospital this weekend.
On Saturday the new dad took to Twitter to voice his concerns, he wrote: “Today has been eventful. 5hrs in a NHS waiting room with a 9 day old baby. We were ‘next to be seen’ for 3hrs. #CouldHaveWatchedTitanic”
Putting fans’ minds at ease he added: “Buzz is doing just fine. He’s just cranky at the hospital for not prioritising a newborn over silly accident prone kids with twisted ankles ;).”
